Recently, CBS hosted a series of sessions with Company leadership for members of LM with ELC Memebersthe Executive Leadership Council (ELC), an organization of about 500 senior level African American executives at Fortune 1000 companies. The event, which focused on diversity efforts, began with a conversation with CBS President and CEO Leslie Moonves. Other CBS participants included Tony Ambrosio, CBS Senior EVP, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer; CBS Board of Director and ELC Member Bruce Gordon and ELC member Josie Thomas, EVP and Chief Diversity Officer, CBS Corporation, who organized and implemented the day-long sessions. The ELC also met with Jeff Fager, CBS News Chairman and Executive Producer for 60 MINUTES; Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews, VP, CBS News; Nicole Young, Producer for 60 MINUTES and Senior Producer, the CBS EVENING NEWS; James Brown, NFL TODAY studio host and Special Correspondent, CBS News; Kurt Davis, VP, News Services, CBS News; and the CBS EVENING NEWS anchor and Managing Editor Scott Pelley.
