CBS Diversity was represented at the National Hispanic Foundation For The Arts Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration in Washington DC. Senior Vice President Diversity, Josie Thomas, Vice President, Casting, Fern Orenstein and Manager, Diversity, Barbara Matos were all in attendance along with Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Sonia Sotomayor and Attorney Felix Sanchez. “CBS is honored to again support and be a part of the National Hispanic Foundation For The Arts,” said Senior Vice President Diversity, Josie Thomas. Vice President, Casting, Fern Orenstein conducted another well received actor workshop for the NHFA fellows. The National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts was created in 1997 by actors Jimmy Smits, Esai Morales, Sonia Braga and attorney Felix Sanchez, to advance the presence of Latinos in the media, telecommunications and entertainment industries.
