CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS and CBS.A) today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of four radio stations in Portland, Ore., KINK-FM, KUPL-FM, KUFO-FM and KCMD-AM, to Alpha Broadcasting for $40 million in cash.
