About CBS

Business Ethics & Compliance

We have published the CBS Business Conduct Statement, which contains clear ethical and legal standards every employee and director commits to abide by. The statement includes, for example, guidance on conflicts of interest, maintaining an ethical culture, equal employment opportunity compliance, fair dealing and competition, political activity, indecency standards and financial accounting. The Business Conduct Statement and other policies are accessible below. To facilitate the reporting of any compliance concerns, CBS has established toll-free hotline numbers and electronic mail accounts. We have also bolstered our investigative capabilities and processes, and refined other aspects of our program consistent with the dictates of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.

By visibly and continually reaffirming our commitment to the highest standards of business behavior and providing employees with sound guidance when questions arise, we instill an ethic in our organization that allows individual employees to exercise their very best judgment.
