In May 2003, Mr. Kelly was named the Chairman & CEO of CBS Outdoor (then Viacom Outdoor) overseeing all US, Canadian and Mexican markets and has been a director of the Company since 2000. Prior to that, he served as the Company's President since 2000 and Senior Vice President since 1984. From 1979 to 1984, he was Sales Manager and Vice President/National Sales in Chicago for Whiteco Metrocom, Inc. Mr. Kelly has 24 years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry.

Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Idaho State University and a 3-year letterman in ISU's Football Program. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fiesta Bowl, National Collegiate Football Hall of Fame Foundation, OAAA and Traffic Audit Bureau.
