CBS Corporation Completes Acquisition Of Signstorey, Renames Company Cbs Outernet

CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS and CBS.A) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of SignStorey, Inc., a leader in the distribution of video programming and advertising content to retail stores, and has renamed it "CBS Outernet." The purchase price was $71.5 million in cash.
